I didn't have much interaction with the staff beyond check in, but that that was at no fault to them I just hardly spent any time in the hotel during my visit to Atlanta. But the staff was very friendly and accommodating all the same. The fitness center was amazing, I spent a lot of time in there. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would come back
