I would Give a Negative Review if I could. We booked this room to bring my son to visit Kansas on Senior day, and unfortunately we have a medical emergency and cannot attend the 3/25 senior day. The customer service rep for cheap tickets called The Eldridge and spoke with a Front Desk person there to waive the $175.00 cancelation fee and she said NO. I am certain we all have had things come up unexpectedly, TOTALLY beyond your control, and because I woke to cancel this room at 8am instead of midnight the prior evening I will have to eat $175.00. That is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Especially for a family whom will be visiting Kansas on a frequent basis. My son will be attending in the FALL. You could have had a FREQUENT CUSTOMER.
