Very unprofessional and lied to me about the process. I just wanted to know about the final price of the Car. They asked for my SSN to give me an Idea about how the finances will work out. I clearly told them that I don't want them to make a hard query on my account as I am not ready to buy this car yet and they assured me that they will not do it. But I can see on my credit report the hard query they made which affected my Credit score. My Credit score went down just because I went to buy a Car at the wrong dealership.
