Everyone here worked hard to earn our business. They even ended up staying 2 hrs past closing time to finish the transaction and get the details settled. Josie in sales, Paul and Matt in finance were all great to work with. We were not only on the market for a new car, but also for a place that we can continue to shop at for all our future car needs. We have made past purchases from a handful of other dealerships in the area and none of them stood behind their cars or were very nice to work with. Shottenkirk feels like home. Not only will we be back, but I will definitely recommend to others.
