Our shipment had two missing items this was report...

Our shipment had two missing items this was reported to the supplier (Ecatering) who uses this distributor. The items was of very small value, however we did expect receipt of the items. The supplier says we are lying and will not fullfill the order. I understand mistakes do happen & see this first hand with a distributor we supply. It is important to except mistakes do happen for unknown reasons, we have purchased several items from ecatering over the years and never had an issue, however after the recent experience we will never use again.
