This "company" is a joke. If it could be rated in the negatives it definitely would. The said if I were to work memorial WEEK not just weekend I would get a 100 bonus. I received nothing except normal pay. They pay the poor foreigners 8 and would have paid me the same if I hadn't asked for higher. I was fine with it at first but then the pay was too low so I called the office to ask for a raise and they told me to talk to my supervisor and he told me to talk to them so basically payed it ask mommy and daddy type of deal. So I decided to email them. They never responded. Finally I asked to get shifts earlier because I couldn't stay until late because it's dangerous at night but my supervisor didn't listen and just cut off hours. I called off one day saying I couldn't go the next day because of family problems and received a warning. I assumed it was better to notify my supervisor the day before than the day of but clearly he didn't agree.
2 weeks later about my mom called saying I needed to pick up my sister because no one could from daycare and that she would pick her up. My mother is a single mother with two kids and this company does not know how to sympathize and doesn't know what family is. Lastly this morning I was at one of the hotels and it was so cold I decided to put on a towel since I had to be in uniform and not wear pants. The general manager of the hotel "claimed" I was sleeping. How in the world could I go to sleep if I felt like I was in a freezer. Anyways long story short don't work for this company they don't know what it's like to keep ones word
