Excellent service at every level. The staff are extremely helpful and freindly, but never obsequious (which can often be the case in hotels of this type!) All very well appointed.
The food in all the restaurants is of a very high standard. The tasting menu in Vivaldi was particularly good.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
