If you have significant problems walking especiall...

If you have significant problems walking especially in the winter, I would not recommend this clinic. There is a very long ramp or many stairs to get to the entrance and the cleaning of the ramp/stairs is not effective.
My husband attended this Lifemark site after having a total knee replacement completed by Dr. Timmerman. He went to the clinic on the doctor's recommendation. This clinic, although has a ramp to the entrance, when snowy, icy or wet is not truely accessible to those with limited mobility or ability to walk without canes/crutches.
When we arrived for the first treatment 2 hours after the opening of the clinic, we were unable to access the clinic as the stairs (more that 15 steps) were completely snowed in and the ramp also was covered with snow. I went into the clinic to see if there was an accessible entrance to the clinic, the only alternative would be to enter (up stairs or a ramp) and then to go through the gym area and then down to the clinic. This was the first time that my husband was walking on crutches other than in our house, he would not be able to walk that far. The receptionist found a shovel and then one of the physiotherapists had to start shovelling the ramp and the stair. My husband came down the ramp, he was very apprehensive and worried that he would fall. When we left at 10 am, the snow cleaners were finally cleaning the ramp.
