After two months of having no hot water in my prop...

After two months of having no hot water in my property, and a landlord whose attitude towards the situation was ambivalent at best, Yogesh`s services were sought out in an effort to ensure the situation was satisfactorily resolved. Due to the urgent nature of the matter, the request was that should it be not possible to assist, an email stating as such was all that was necessary. After speaking for four days to lovely, then somewhat embarrassed, receptionists a call from Yogesh was finally received and an appointment made. A few days later I received a rather rambling call from Yogesh about having to go to Brighton and could we meet there (we could not). I understand that this might be the most profitable case, but I did think that it was a duty of law to treat all potential clients respectfully and equally. After this experience, one can only be left with the impression that there is a lack of professional credibility and professionalism here. Very disappointing.
