I purchased the train and raft ticket combo. We went to the NOC the morning of our trip instead of the train depot in error. There was a small note at the bottom of a very long email that stated the trip departed from the train. We had a few other emails saying to show up at the NOC woth mask and ready to take temps so we showed up at the NOC. The rafting company was AMZING the train depot customer service was not helpful at all. Thank you to the rafting company for being so helpful an amazing!
