We called 3 times to request for bins to be picked...

We called 3 times to request for bins to be picked up and cancel service as my tenant decided to go with another trash provider. For weeks the tenant complained Republic didn't pick up the bins. Called again and again to ask for bins to be picked up, putting the bins on the curb as instructed. Then got a bill for 140 dollars for the bins and was told by customer service to prove they picked them up (give a specific date by which the driver arrived) in order to have them look into it. This is a rental, I want nothing more than to get these bins off the property and cancel double trash service. Customer service was useless and the worst in the industry. Go with someone else or hope you'll never have to call customer support office in Indianapolis for help.
