Ratings are suffering due to the age of this hospital. The layout is confusing - to check-in for day surgery you have to make it through the maze of crossing floors and visiting offices on opposite sides of the site. The lack of modern renos makes people feel unclean and unsafe. Can't blame the staff, they still manage to do their job well.
