Booking was very professional; I booked with Mike who said he was the owner of the company. On the day of my wedding the driver arrived early and was very professional as well. When I saw the car an immediate eye sore stuck out with the tint peeling from the inside window that was really noticeable from the outside. The passenger door handle did not work, the speaker covers on the inside of the limousine were missing, the air condition did not work and it was a warm day in August. Speakers were busted and only 1/2 worked. OH AND NO BLUETOOTH or even aux cord provided by the company to play your choice of music. This is my 1st time reserving a limo so maybe these questions should have been asked but it is 2020! Even a uber provides needed accessories so I would expect the same from a limousine company.

When I contacted Mike to share my concerns ON MY WEDDING DAY; he told me it was nothing he could do because it was a "special rate". VERY RUDE and showing no kinds of empathy and blatantly told me "it was nothing he could do". When booking I did not ask for any kind of special rate; I booked with the rate given. All in all Mike gave me horrible customer service and the worst car in his fleet, if he has a fleet of vehicles. I would not recommend this company! If you do book with them look at your vehicle before your event, and request minor specifics like working speakers and bluetooth audio or make sure the driver has an AUX cord at least.
