Worst service ever, rude response whilst you call ...

Worst service ever, rude response whilst you call up to know the status of the delivery. This is not the way to liaise with the customer, seems they are not customer oriented. It is pity that British Airways have opted for their service as part of their Cargo which is also surprising!

I had traveled to Bangalore from London, the lost cargo/baggage is yet to be delivered, despite of several follow-up calls, they are yet to confirm me about the baggage.

Please restrain to use their service as feasible.

I am just choosing one star service just for the sake of choosing it, otherwise, system will not allow me to post my review/feedback.
