Staff is helpful, but always busy getting stuff done. It is understandable. Building is clearly marked from the street and is easy to get to. The registration process is a bit lengthy, but it is just about everywhere. They review and go over the registration paperwork with you and give you plenty of information regarding the district (phone numbers, emails, policies, and extra information regarding anything and everything within the district).
