Took my car in for an oil change. I ve had several BMW s and it typically takes 1 hour 30 minutes max for an oil change & routine maintenance to be completed. It took BMW Nashville 3 hours 20 minutes to complete my oil change. It would ve been nice to have been told it s taking a little longer or at the very least some type of update along the way. Nothing. I won t be returning to this dealership.
