I bought a washing machine. The courier (Amati JR of the same Unieuro group) should have contacted me for delivery by appointment within 3 days. After 2 weeks nobody still shows up. The courier does not answer the phone. Monclick does not answer the phone. I leave my number to be recalled but nothing. I write via site but nothing. I decide for the withdrawal but, as at this point I do not trust, I also open a dispute on Paypal. The practice of withdrawal is started but the money is not returned. They do not respond to the dispute on Paypal. I turn the complaint into a complaint. They do not even respond to the complaint on Paypal. They wait until the last available day for the refund from PayPal before repaying. Result: 3 weeks without a washing machine; and thank goodness that I have no economic problems to buy a washing machine from someone else more serious while my money was in the pockets of these gentlemen. No more purchases from companies in the Unieuro group.
