Update: I put in a call to customer service regarding monitoring my usage online it says I'm ineligible to do so (this was a week ago) I was told I'd get a call back yet I never did not really that I'm surprised. Also I did the home assesment for energy saving they installed a nest thermostat BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Less than 2 weeks in it was shorting out causing my furnance to kick on an off multipule times in a short amount of time come to find out....nest does not link well with sump pump heat....glad the tech was so knowledgable...never again

Raise rates with zero explanation, I call customer service told to "monitor my usage online" cant find it told to "look at my bill online" except it says nothing different than what the damn paper bill says I would love to know what the new charge is that isnt explained anywhere
