I give the Dr's and the nurses actual 5 stars at this facilities. The 1star goes out to the rude condescending disrespectful security guard on graveyard shift. Steven Bugg that's right Mr.bugg spoke to me and my wife whom was Their patient with no respect with a condescending tone.I understand times are tough for all our medical heroes during these trying times.With that being said it gives him no right to make us fell that uncomfortable. Like we literally made the chose to leave at 3am just to go to another hospital.To start the whole intake process all over again at another medical facility. So thank you Mr.Bugg keep treating the patients with little or no respect and soon all people will find other medical treatment.The smart thing for Saint Mary's would be simple find a new security guard.
