Well the actual purchase completion experience was a drudgery. The sales person had to spend an excessive amount of time completing the sales documentation. My wife and think your selection and prices are exceptional but the final purchase really needs to be simplified to give your sales staff more to be with customers rather than dealing with your draconian paper work. It is my opinion that your processes may well be a detriment to your business model and profits.
