Initial room was filthy and common areas not clean...

Initial room was filthy and common areas not clean either. Horrible stay spent first part of stay wiping everything touched in room down and washing hands over until finally had enough and went to from desk and switched rooms. Cut trip short due to dissatisfaction with overall cleanliness of hotel for the price.
