Great customer service but was a bit disappointed...
Great customer service but was a bit disappointed when our vehicle was not ready when we got there. We dropped our car off at 9:30 am on Thursday and was given a rental car. We called to ask about the status of our vehicle later in the afternoon and left a voicemail. Kevin did call back and said our car would be ready by 5:00pm, but said if we didn't want to fight traffic we could get it tomorrow. So we said we would pick it up tomorrow morning. We were there about 9:30 am today and turned in our rental. I went to go get our vehicle and they called Kevin who informed us that our vehicle was not ready. He thought they had finished it yesterday but they had not. He said that they had to get the bubbles or something from the transmission out and let the fluid settle or something. Kevin was awesome and gave us a discount. I still did not like that it was not ready and that we had to still wait when they had our vehicle all day yesterday and should have been done by the time we picked it up this morning. I just know that if I had gone yesterday to go get it by 5pm and it was not ready I would be pretty upset. Other than that, kevin was great and did appreciate him reviewing the history with the car and making recommendations of what we may need. We are dropping our son off for college and want to make sure his car is in good shape.
