I have been on the phone for almost 3 days. NO ANSWER! Your problem is... ..TOO MUCH CONTROL of the industry. Your product sucks and your customer service is even worse. YOU stay in business because there is no competition !! I wish I had the ability to shut you down and give people what they need in the industry! Either clean up your act... ...or quit!
