This company refunded my girlfriend a little over $100 for her security deposit. They also sent it two months after she moved out. I've always gotten my security deposit refunded within a month of the move out. This is definitely not acceptable in my eyes especially with covid-19 going on. The charges were very unfair and were never mentioned anywhere in the lease agreement. My opinion of this company is that they are scam artists when it comes to giving back security deposits in full. That is the only complaint that I have about them. If you do live in any of these buildings in Fort Collins just know they will probably charge you over $300 cleaning fee even if your apartment is immaculate when you move out.
