Maintenence is absolutely horrible and completely unreliable. Our TV burned out three weeks after move in day -- mind you the apartments and TV's are only a year old -- and it has already been 2 months with it still not being fixed. We have put in several requests and even called to have it fixed and all they keep doing is promising to have it taken care of later in the week. Of course, this never happens. Our microwave had also broken and it took them at least two weeks to fix it. My friends dryer broke down and it took them a MONTH to fix that too! The Woods bus hand rails broke around the second or third week of school and it STILL hasn't been fixed. Students are having to sit on the floor or hold onto the ceiling to prevent from falling while riding the bus to school. It's absolutely unacceptable and a serious safety hazard. I plan on contacting corporate because these issues are ridiculous. For how much you pay in rent and bills it is simply not worth it.
