I was in Hong Kong for 3 weeks, and I wanted to use this time to maximally improve my fitness within the limits of some old injuries. I first sat down with Jeremy for an hour to discuss my fitness goals and limitations. He listened very attentively and he was clearly very knowledgeable when it came to various modalities of fitness training and human physiology. He assigned my to work with Rob, who in addition to his experience as a professional athlete and fitness coach, also had a background in physical therapy.

Rob helped to identify some of the issues behind my hip and shoulder pain. He was able to help get certain muscle groups activated in order to correct some improper movement techniques. Over 13 sessions in 3 weeks, my pain diminished while my strength and size increased. In this short time period, I dropped 1.5% of my body fat and added 1.5kg of muscle. I also looked noticeably different (in a good way) in the mirror. My workout routines were logged with a spreadsheet to mark the progress, and I was given a copy of it at the end.

Overall, I had a great experience with RAW. The facilities are top notch, and the experience and attentiveness of the staff stands out. I am satisfied with the results and would highly recommend RAW to anyone.
