Here to celebrate a birthday. First they lost our call ahead reservation. Sat us at high top table with 2 small children and 2 babies. Dinner took 3 hours. So frustrated that we didn't even have the birthday cake we brought. Manager was aware, although I didn't ask for a discount, I thought he would at least comp an appetizer or something after such poor experience, but he didn't. I hope this was an isolated incident.
