Went on 2/21/15. Around 7pm, Young lady behind counter was a nasty, angry person. Not with me, not with any customer that was waiting patiently. She was just being vulgar with the poor cook who had to listen to her bemoaning the busy night, the delivery guy, the telephone ringing {which I think she disabled, because I tried to call in a pick up, and it went straight to voice mail} I mentioned it to her. Her response was "It was too many calls for deliveries" She asked the cook "He acts like he has to go to the F*#king Bronx, what's taking him so long" referring to the delivery guy. No one came in to hear her griping about her job or the business. So her anger meant that no customer was greeted, no customer was thanked, no customer was apologized to for the 40 minute wait.....for take out??? This was my first visit. I came a long way, and brought 7 people with me. What a disappointment. Thank goodness I had a ride waiting. We were able to have it prepped and we took it home to bake. And all anyone talked about was her foul mouth and nasty attitude. She makes the cheese curdle. She should not be serving the public.
