Ive had WOW Internet a little over 4 years. To date, Ive had 7 modems and 11 Routers both personal purchased and rented units from WOW. Every few months my internet speed goes down. Tonight, my download speed is .58 per sec...yes, you read that right. A 9400 baud phone modem is faster than what I have right now. Upload speed is .02 through a variety of speed test sights. I cannot change ISPs as they are the only ones allowed in my area. Stay away...stay far away...I would rather have a fax and snail mail than their crappy service. BTW, I am writing this on my Verizon Phone internet because I have tried twice on my PC and it will not load. Image attached of most recent speedtest...
