Eli from Facebook is the absolute man. This guy definitely needs a raise. I don t know if anybody will read this but I placed a order on the 14th of this month. And has the biggest issues getting anyone to tell me anything for 6 days about my order. Literally no info and the lady y all have answering the phone when she feels like it. Is absolutely clueless in the job she was placed in. Eli single handily is the only saving grace for this company. If it wasn t for him y all would basically have to close the doors due to complaints and lack of trust in this place due to nothing being said period until Eli from Facebook got on and handled everyone s complaints and has been for days and I know there are some seriously harsh messages he s received and remained as professional as I have ever seem a person be. This man literally Is the unsung hero of this company hands down and I can t stress that enough!!!! Y all please appreciate him in every way cause with him and his loyalty to y all I don t know where sonic would be when this crazy stuff going on is all over!! Eli from Facebook if your ready this man your a badass in every way and I can t thank you enough for being the most respectful and professional person I ve ever met!
