Ordinary certification of a real estate purchase contract. I did not get an answer to any question. The only answer I got was that they had graduated from college and that they were selling their knowledge. With that, I guess they were trying to tell me that they wouldn't give me advice for free. The advice consisted of telling me what a Tabular statement looked like and where I could find it. Unkind, rude, unprofessional. Below each criterion.
