I wish there was a zero star rating. This company would not accept or take any comparable household values into account and regurgitated a number from out of nowhere. I understand they have a standardized processes to evaluate, but a company from Markham has no idea about Haldimand County without some kinds of comparables. So basically it came up 90k short and should not have.
