If I could give no stars I would. It is very upsetting that if you are in this profession you should have more compassion for patients. The staff at the ER are extremely rude. My grandmother had to go in there because she was having chest pain's and the RN at the front desk of the ER stated to her when she first walked in "Oh your back" For what this time!" It is very disheartening to have that type of treatment to somebody that you love. Then to top it off decided that it wasn't OK to let my little brother who was 12 be back in the back with her now I don't live with them so I was dropping him off and she stated that he had to wait I'm not going to leave a 12-year-old in the waiting room by himself and the nurses in the back had already agreed it was ok for him to go in the back with our grandmother. My grandmother told me that the women at the front desk had made a statement saying that she was not going to babysit him, you would think that it would be OK for him to go with my grandmother instead of him staying in the waiting room with her if she felt that way. I am very displeased with the service here and the heartlessness of the staff especially in the front. Now this was at night and it was an RN that had blonde hair glasses and was a tad bit overweight not that that means anything but just so you know because unfortunately I did not catch her name. I hope in the near future you guys can correct these issues and maybe have staff in there that have more compassion and are more caring than this woman.
