I have been Safetech customer for 10 years. I switched to internet phone recently and called the office for alternative security options. The customer service representative was friendly and knowledgeable. After patiently discussed and answered my questions over the phone, he sent me an email message listing and explaining in detail at the same day. The installation went smoothly and the technician was experienced. He set up the new interactive service on my smart phone and trained me how to use the app. I am very happy with the upgrade and strongly recommend Safetech services.
