I would never order from here at all if it were up...

I would never order from here at all if it were up to me. I purchased a part from this company online for my work and the part was incorrect, I called them at least a half dozen times and email at least 5 times (they advertise both online and while you sit on hold that they respond within 48 hours which is bull), with NO response. I called the "local store" only to be told that there was nothing they could for me and that when you call the online order service you have to sit on hold for 40 MINUTES TO AN HOUR!!!
