My experience is the same as the other posters here. Service at the emergency room happened early February 2017. All other bills paid and settled timely except this one. They send all of your information to a call center in India. They send you a letter (mine came in April) telling you to get more money for them from your insurance company. The call center in India answers the phone with a different company name then what's on the letter. They did transfer me to Reimbursement Technologies in PA, but they don't even know the name of the company in India. They say "they are an affiliate" and then she hung up on me. I contacted the hospital as well as my insurance broker. This feels like such a scam! And remember this call center in India has ALL of your information. This company is SHADY ....BEWARE
