If you're just looking to purchase flooring then I would recommend using Barefoot. Their staff was knowledgeable and easy to work with. However, I would steer clear of the installers that they subcontract to. They are dishonest and inconsiderate. Our install took twice as long as the time we were quoted and the team left at 1PM each day. They also took the excess wood flooring from our home with them. I specifically asked if there was any extra flooring since we were left with only remnants and was told that there wasn't. I work from home and overheard them saying not to open another box because the job could be finished with the wood the had open. I brought this up to Barefoot when they followed up and they are supposed to be sending the box back. Had I not been home, I would have been charged for their labor and the box of wood. Based off of my interaction with them, I wouldn't be surprised at all if there were additional boxes that they took with them. We will not be using Barefoot to finish our home project because of this team.
