Nobody is on the same page at any point in time. Leadership is all over the place with no hope of being fixed any time soon. I enjoyed the work I did but I was done being belittled. The final straw was getting talked down to by my supervisor for doing my job and I will gladly argue that with anyone who would like to challenge it in leadership.
