The front desk ignores your presence completely and expects you to know what to do. At my first appointment they told me i had to reschedule for two weeks later. Two weeks later I come in wait an HOUR to be called back only for them to AGAIN tell me i had to reschedule because they said i was supposed to wait at least three weeks (not the two previously told to me) before coming back in but only after making me wait an hour of course. And when i was once again rescheduling i was given only one appointment option 10 days later and its a double booked appointment so it s guaranteed to take even longer. Best part is the front desk woman tried to tell me it was normal to wait a hour before an appointment because its a gynecologist?? Literally dread the thought of going back there so I ll be driving an extra 30 mins instead to go somewhere else.
