I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a bumper molding cover for the driver's side front end and was sent the wrong side (based on the information and pictures on their website). The return process on the internet was not very helpful for me to reach a resolution. When I finally was able to reach someone on the phone, I could not have talked to a more condescending person. This individual was the definition of rude and the antonym of customer service.
So then I sent a very detailed email to them with pictures and screenshots showing how their website was incorrect. I got a reply from Jen admitting that their website was incorrect but, and get this, there was a disclaimer which could have been found and read had I clicked a few buttons, so they were not going to take any responsibility! Wow.
This was one of the absolute worst shopping experience I've had and it's shocking that they did not do anything to make it right. I was eventually able to find what I needed through CARiD, who actually had the exact same part for cheaper and with lower shipping rates.
I would strongly encourage people to stay away from RockAuto. They obviously do not take customer service seriously (which is apparent from reading other reviews too).
