We stayed here one night so that we could be close...

We stayed here one night so that we could be close to the St Patrick's day festivities in downtown Melbourne. The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice view of the beach and we could hear the band down in the outside bar, a nice bonus! We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. We had a small problem with the shuttle (that they generously offer). In the morning I brought the problem to the manager, Suzanne's, attention and she took care of it immediately, and graciously. Definitely would stay again.
