We are moving into an Evanston property next week and so far, we have been very pleased with our experience. Everyone we have spoken to has been professional and extremely quick to respond. When we first inquired about a property the first account manager we connected with, Scott, was very helpful and immediately put us into contact with Ilina, who ultimately found us our new apartment. Ilina is professional, kind, and man does she know her stuff! We were initially looking at two-bedroom units but she showed us a three-bed (the third bed being more like a sunroom, in all honesty) and we just couldn t resist! The unit was in the process of being refinished and she worked with us to make sure we were able to view the space even in the midst of the renovations. She was willing to FaceTime, call, text, email, whatever we needed to get in touch with her and keep to COVID-safe protocols at all times. After signing, whenever we have had questions we speak to Leticia who is prompt and friendly - the few times we missed her on the phone it only took one additional call to get in touch with her and get answers to our questions.

We are leaving 4 stars because we have yet to move in and actually live in the space, but our experience so far has left us extremely satisfied.
