I am a current CreaCasa customer. Thanks to the services of this company I am building my house in Santa Elena. Building this house has been my dream for 10 years and therefore it was very important to choose a company that was professional and responsible. In my family we had had a horrible experience with a prefab company and this made me even more careful when choosing the company that was going to build my house. Before coming into contact with CreaCasa, I visited 4 other companies and the truth was I could not be calm or confident to entrust them with the construction of my dream. Everything was different when I visited CreaCasa's headquarters in Copacabana. Its manager Bibiana Orrego attended me and I dedicated all the time in the world to explain the details of the construction. He helped me to draw up plans, answered the thousand and one question I had. In short, Bibiana and all the staff gave me the absolute confidence to choose them and I can say that fortunately I was not wrong. The house is already in the final phase of construction in what is the prefabricated part and I can attest that they have been professional, accomplished, honest. They are always ready to receive my calls to resolve concerns and suggestions. The guys who have been on the play have been respectful, attentive, and always willing to consider suggestions. Building a house is a huge decision and therefore one can get nervous. CreaCasa has made the process very bearable thanks to their excellent service, their professionalism and because they have simply been there when I have had doubts and anguish. I highly recommend them and whoever chooses them to build their home is choosing a company above all honest and compliant. Definitely of all the prefabricated companies that I visited, CreaCasa is the best by many kilometers and what a good decision to have chosen them. Jaime Alvarez.
