The work on my car seems to be fine, but I always dread bringing my car in.
The staff in the service department are not welcoming, and sometimes the opposite. I recently brought my car for a scheduled service. Showed up 5 minutes early. The specified service consultant wasn't available so I waited while the greeter tried to find someone else to help me.
After being directed back to the original person, she argued back and forth and complained to several other staff about not knowing which customer to take first, and how someone else should help me.
Then she complained to me about the situation. I told her I just had an appointment and showed up on time, and the behind the scenes difficulties are not my issue to take on.
Because this type of treatment (not being treated like a customer here) are so common, I spoke to the service manager. He said he would look into it, but never followed up with me.
Picked up my car on time, no further problems, but I would just like to be treated professionally at the very least, and perhaps like I am a customer and not a bother to the staff here in the service department.
They did ask me to post a review, so here it is.
