Shhhhh! What ever happened to quiet in the library...

Shhhhh! What ever happened to quiet in the library? The women that work here act like they're staffing a beauty parlor, yelling greetings and general b.s. to each other and many of the patrons. Laughing, and cutting up. It's very unprofessional, and takes away from what one expects from a library: QUIET. Who do I complain to because all the negative ratings here clearly aren't being seen?
