It bothers me that the whirlpool has been broken for months now while lots of other things seem to be dirty, rusty or very dated. Now the hours of service have been reduced while the membership rates have gone up. They are telling members it's because they are getting reduced reimbursements from insurance companies. I feel their pain, but I'm very tuned into what their competitors provide (even the ones that provide community services) and the YWCA is going to continue to lose membership if they are charging more for less like they are. If it wasn't for neighborhood people who like the convenient location they'd have very scant members.
