The attention to detail was exceptional. I felt confident that all arrangements would be carried out as discussed. My contact at the funeral home was very responsive and answered calls and emails very quickly. At no time was I pressured to do more than I wanted to, and the funeral home worked with me on pricing when we did not need all of the services offered in the contract. They provided a webpage for my loved one, a beautiful slideshow set to the music of my choice, and a keepsake book with all of our photos from the slideshow. These are all very meaningful momentos that will be beautiful to have and keep forever. I will definitely recommend Hines-Rinaldi to friends and family.
