Did not deliver at the time / day that they promised to, even when given clear and specific instructions on delivery, this caused a lot of cost implications and problems for us, not at all pleased with their service.
P.S the response from the owner below just proves exactly how oblivious and ignorant this company is, I have spoken to them many times about this issue, the director was aware of my dis satisfaction re the issues they caused, and now they say "if you are a customer of ours" they cant even remember the customer that spend 4 grand with them and the customer that they were unable to deliver to.
