Getting worse and worse. they used to be okay 4-5 years ago, but these days the experience is not smooth. when you visit the dealerships of luxury brands, you are supposed to feel that they care for the customers. and well organized. I was very embarrassed with the recent experience of this dealership. I found even a non-luxury brand dealership is better than this one.
When they don't have the loner car, I had to wait 1 hour to get the shuttle to get to the rental car office. and then I had no choice but to drive a smallest car from the enterprise rental. and they didn't call up for the update or progress of the work. I have owned luxury cars for many years in a few states, but this one is the worst of all brands and dealerships. and they quoted me $600 for the oil change regular service. the high price for the low quality service. they recommended me to change the brake from 2 years ago. but this time I talked with a mech of local garage, he said my brake will last 10-20k more. don't trust what this dealership recommends for your car. get a second opinion.
And when I scheduled the pre-paid service by mistake only after 6 months when I was very busy, nobody at barrier told me I should have once per a year.
As long as, this dealership is the nearest MB from my home, I will never buy MB again.
