This review is for the enforcement of the no bird scooters on bruin walk. Note to all personal injury attorneys -- UCLA doesn't enforce the law. Where are the police who should be enforcing and ticketing? UCLA could raise enough money for free tuition for all students if they would ticket the people dangerously riding their motorized scooters on bruin walk. They have signs everywhere, but no enforcement. I was there for a women's basketball game at Pauley Pavilion and the careless way students ride is very dangerous.
